Police: Man Arrested In Alleged Road-Rage Attack After Victim Complained About Erratic Driving

An area motorist was arrested after he allegedly attacked a man who complained to him about his erratic driving.

The incident took place a little after midnight, Wednesday, March 6, when Milford Police responded to the area of Naugatuck Avenue and Broadway on a report of an erratic driver, said Milford Police 

While investigating the complaint, officers were approached by a man who said he had just been assaulted by another man, identified as Michael Terrell, 48, of Milford, police said.

The victim told police that when he confronted Terrell about his erratic driving on the roadway that Terrell hit the man in the face and head several times, police added

Terrell was arrested and charged with assault, two counts breach of peace and reckless driving. 

He was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in court on April 2.
